Junior Lighting Quality Inspector

• Conduct Final and During Production Inspection on the LED lamps, luminaires, and related products

• Offsite inspection and 1st sample verification, daily report on the production situation

• Factory audit, assess the capabilities in production, quality control and storage capacity, and evaluate if it’s adequate for producing GC’s products.

• Feedback all kinds of non-conformity timely. Provide the solution to the merchandiser team in helping to solve any quality problems

• Writing and filing all kinds of reports in English

Yêu cầu công việc

• Honest, Team-working-minded, problem-solving-oriented, having a strong sense of responsibility. Good risk assessment skill is necessary

• At least 1 years in product quality inspection, final inspection, or production quality control.

• Experience in finished product inspection is mandatory.

• Knowledge of UL, Energy Star or lighting industry standards is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Familiar in using the sampling standard of GB2828 or MIL STD 105E

• Familiar with LED production and quality control process, having the working experience of lab testing of lamp is welcome

• Can communicate and make report by English

• Chinese is preference

• More than one year of experience as an inspector in a foreign trading company is preferred.

• The experience of traveling to Ho Chi Minh city, Thailand and Cambodia frequently for inspection is preferred.

• Eager in digging the root cause and helping to solve the problems whenever quality problems occur

• Willing to travel 70% within Vietnam and 30 % abroad

• This position is designed for candidates seeking hands-on inspection responsibilities rather than engineering design or quality management roles.
