Supply Chain Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Supply Chain Associate to join our supply chain advisory team. This is an entry-level, full-time position ideal for individuals early in their careers. This role offers broad exposure to strategic sourcing, logistics, materials management, and supplier relationship development.

Comprehensive training will be provided. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and flexibility in managing tasks across various industries and global supplier networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve shipment discrepancies

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, lead times, and reliability

• Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable terms and pricing for clients

• Attend supplier meetings and trade shows to stay informed of market trends and assess vendor capabilities

• Maintain detailed records of transactions, receipts, inventory, and payment approvals

• Conduct on-site supplier assessments and participate in supplier business reviews

• Develop tools and dashboards to manage commodity performance and sourcing pipelines

• Oversee end-to-end sourcing processes, from supplier prospecting to production readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field

• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Native Vietnamese language fluency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• International study or work experience

• Additional language proficiency
