Junior Frontend

• Build, develop, and maintain Frontend features for end users.
• Optimize user experience (UX): deliver smooth, responsive, and consistent interfaces across devices and browsers.
• Optimize performance and page load speed, and ensure technical SEO best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the team's technical quality and processes.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams; manage tasks through Jira.
• Proactively propose improvements to user experience, performance, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of how browsers work.
• Proficient with Git in a team environment (resolving conflicts, reviewing pull requests).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid foundation in algorithms.
• Able to own a feature end to end with minimal support.
• An improvement mindset: proactively identifies problems and finds optimal solutions.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with React JS and/or Next JS.
• Knowledge of Blockchain / Web3.
• Effective use of AI in daily work while maintaining quality control over the output.
• A clear product mindset and user-oriented thinking.
• Candidates with genuine passion and a fast learning ability are a strong plus.
