Japanese Speaking Service Desk (No Experience Required)

** No experience in Service Desk or Customer Support? No problem!

- We welcome candidates with Japanese (N4 or above) and communicative English. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Description:

- Receive and manage requests from global customers via email, website, and phone calls.

- Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ problems encountered when using the company’s system on time.

- Communicate effectively with customers across multiple regions.

- Record all interactions and resolutions accurately to maintain up-to-date support documentation.

Must have:

- Good command of Japanese (N4) (both written and verbal)

- Able to communicate in English

- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Long-term commitment

Nice to have:

- Can work in rotational shifts is a big advantage

- Experience in IT Service Desk or knowledge of IT/ SQL SQL is a plus

- Have a good spirit of learning, attitude, and responsibility.
