Key Responsibilities:

1. Systems & Applications Management:

• Oversee or assist with the architecture design, development, and support of systems within the role-specific area, cooperating with the other IT teams.

• Manage specific applications in cooperation with third parties.

• Assist in shaping a strategy for applications in VARD together with the other IT teams.

2. Supplier & Service Management:

• Coordinate and manage suppliers.

• Managing or participating in IT projects or applications/service lifecycle management activities.

3. Business Requirements & Solution Implementation:

• Work with the business side to understand business requirements and develop design specifications, and to implement these using internal resources or third parties.

• Contribute to the project portfolio planning.

4. User Support & Documentation:

• Provide support through understanding and analysing user issues; fix problems and solve incidents.

• Participate in documentation as well as system user training.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or College’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.

• Technical Knowledge:

o Technical experience with delivering end-user services within the role-specific area.

o Good ICT knowledge and experience within areas relevant to the role-specific responsibilities, for instance ERP, Finance, HR, Business Intelligence, AI, Collaboration and Engineering Solutions.

o ITSM awareness; Request, incident, change and problem management.

o Basic knowledge of databases, networks, and web technology.

• Skills & Competencies:

o Good understanding of business processes and conceptual thinking.

o Good English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.

o Good cooperation and communication skills.

o Targeted and proactive in work.

o Good teamworking skills.

o Service-minded in the role.
