International Sales Manager (Expat|Furniture|HCM)

- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Reporting on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborating with other sales managers and cross-functional teams to be successful in this role.

- Required working experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Outdoor Furniture sector.
- Required qualifications: In a related field.
- Required Languages: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate in English.
- Required knowledge and skills: Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. A customer-oriented and results-driven mindset. A high level of initiative, self-motivation and accountability. Proficiency in MS Office.
