Global Regional Production Director (Garment|HCM|English)

- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the regional production strategy aligned with PPJ Group’s goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership throughout the PPJ Group to set production targets, investment plans, and operational KPIs.
- Lead initiatives for capacity expansion, automation, and process innovation across factories.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day production activities across multiple sites, ensuring delivery, cost, and quality performance.
- Standardize processes across sites using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement programs to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all sites meet internal and customer quality standards.
- Oversee compliance with labour laws, safety (OSH), environmental standards and CSR/ social audits.
- Support customer audits and ensure corrective actions are executed effectively.
- Financial Management: Manage regional production budgets, operating costs, and capital expenditures.
- Track and improve cost per unit, labour utilization, and ROI for production assets.
- People & Organizational Development: Lead, mentor, and develop factory Managers and Head of departments.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational capability building.
- Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and results.
- Relationship Management: Coordinate closely with Supply chain, Merchandising, Quality, HR, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Partner with Purchasing Dept. to align sourcing and production lead times.

- Required working experience: 12+ years in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
- Experience in high-volume garment manufacturing.
- Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- Required Languages: Fluent in English
- Required knowledge and skills: Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities in multicultural environments.
- Excellent analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of international labor and compliance frameworks.
