Procurement Staff - Nhân Viên Mua Hàng

• Create, verify, and release Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of fabrics and trims for production.
• Follow up and manage the approval process for lab dips, strike-offs, dye lots, pre-production samples, and other material-related documents.
• Monitor raw material delivery status, update stakeholders regularly, and ensure On-Time Tracking (OTT) targets are achieved.
• Work closely with suppliers to resolve material shortages, quality, color, or delivery issues before they impact production.
• Coordinate shipment schedules, cargo booking, shipping documents, and payment documents to ensure smooth import and material clearance.
• Allocate raw materials to production orders, monitor inventory utilization, and optimize leftover materials to reduce waste.
• Conduct regular supplier follow-ups to track production progress and delivery commitments.
• Respond promptly to material-related issues during production and support cross-functional teams to minimize production delays

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Textile and Garment Technology,  Supply Chain Management Business Administration, or related fields.
• Good communication skills, MS-Office skills
• Negotiation skills, Time Management skills, Problem solving skills, Customer service skills
• Knowledge of logistics
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar capacity
