Senior Merchandiser

• Download, update, and send all merchandising documents to related officers/ departments accurately and timely.
• Ensure to give feedback and accurate information within deadlines. 
• Update raw material liability for weekly KPI meeting review, and work with Customers to utilize all liability material.
• Coordinate with Procurement team to ensure On Time Tracking (OTT) is met within the given window.
• Closely follow up Plants' Planning team to ensure bulk production is on track, running smoothly and shipments are on time.
• Work with Customers and the factory if any claim from Customers, clarify the claim and get related parties to bear the claim amount. Prepare claim form and get the approval from related Head of Department to clear it with Finance team.
• Check mails and respond within 24 hours. Organize daily work execution in line with team's Time & Action plan. Identify areas of risk and/ or challenges within the assigned work activity and escalate to the line manager in timely manner.
• Ensure that Merchandising team will be a lead to support related functions to achieve sales target, and profit for the company.
• Manage and develop team to improve their capabilities and achieve departmental KPI.

- Bachelor's Degree in Garment Industry, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply chain management or related fields.

- Knowledge in Garment Manufacturing Process, Merchandising Manual, Customers’ requirement, and Logistics

- English-Spoken and Written skills

- MS-Office skills

- Time Management skills

- Problem solving skills, customer service skills
