Internal Audit Specialist

• Monitor, control, and report departmental budget utilization on a regular basis.

• Analyze expenses, identify unusual costs, and proactively flag budget risks.

• Control the efficiency of goods/services usage, manage inventory, and minimize losses or waste.

• Supervise procurement processes, control purchasing costs, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Analyze and evaluate operational processes to identify gaps and propose cost-efficiency improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business operations and provide appropriate insights and recommendations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance, Auditing, or Internal Control.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.

• Experience in ICT environments or auditing firms is a plus.

• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.

• Good command of English or Chinese (all 4 skills).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, responsible, and positive attitude.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, negotiation, and information-gathering skills.

• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision while handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.
