INFRA QS Engineer

- Reading and checking the contract and construction drawings;

- Quantity takes off base on provided drawings;

- Request the Quotation from Suppliers, sub-contractor;

- Review, check and evaluate the quotation from sun-contractors or cost estimates in design document;

- Cost breakdown and cost estimation for whole project;

- Preparation of tender documents and bidding documents;

- Coordinate with other department in the company to implement the work;

- Other tasks assigned by Department Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University degree majoring in infrastructure, economic construction, etc.;

- Having at least 01-year experience in cost estimating; at least 03 years of experience in QS for infrastructure project;

- Able to calculate the exact quantity;

- Can work under pressure;

- Can work independently and teamwork well;

- Have relationships with suppliers and construction contractors in the field of infrastructure;

- Good at English communication;

- Proficient in: Auto-cad, Microsoft (Excel, Word, Project) and estimating software.
