Tuyển dụng Site Safety Engineer tại Hà Nội

Location: based on Site Office of High-rise Complex Project at Land Lot K8HH1 situated at Centre of Tay Ho Tay New Town, Xuan La ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi city, Vietnam

Duties and responsibilities:

General:

• Teach, mentor and lead a team

• Instruct workers to improve safety performance in the details of the work they perform

• Provide both assistance and backup for the various assignments of safety and environmental projects

• Make independent judgments about safety issues or problems

• Develop and implement company programs and policies as they relate to the safety

• Interpret and provide information on laws, regulations and company policies and procedures

• Conduct employee training of safety, occupational health, and hazardous waste management

• Complete risk management assessments

Site HSE control:

• Site observation, check the safety condition, find UA/UC and rectify

• Control the safety dossier: equipment, machinery, workers, PTW….

• Review Method statement (Safe Work Method Statement) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis)

• Make weekly report and monthly report for safety

• Conduct HSE committee meeting, Weekly HSE meeting…

• Control the Safety foreman team

• Inspection heavy equipment and hand & power tools

• Establish safety training procedures, conduct safety training and make training reports

• Issue penalty notice to contractors who violate safety regulations on construction sites

• Report works directly to the site manager

Safety facilities:

• Provide solution for install safety facilities

• Check the quantity and quality of safety facilities

• Control the safety company for install safety facilities

Security:

• Control the security company to control gate access

• Ensure the security for Site

• Approve the daily and monthly reports of the security department

Environment:

• Ensure the construction site is always clean

• Ensure all site activities are follow Vietnam Environment Law

• Keep good relationship with Government

• Make sure proper audit by HQ and the Government

Relations with the government:

• Maintain good relationship with local authorities

• Responsible for receiving audit teams

• Working hours: Day shift or night shift (will be specifically notified during the interview);

• Update and master all relevant design drawings, construction technical, design changes, shop drawings and approved construction methods;

• Master the quality requirements, ensure compliance with the prescribed procedures during the construction process;

• Master the procedures and standards for handover and acceptance documents;

• Supervise and accept the work of the worker team/subcontractor as assigned to ensure technical and quality requirements;

• Perform acceptance of the work under responsibility with the subcontractor and the Consultant Supervisor;

• Check and update the detailed construction progress, daily, weekly and monthly implementation plans to urge subcontractors to perform the construction and promptly report to the Manager, propose solutions for work that is behind schedule;

• Prepare, check and sign quality records, completion reports, confirm the subcontractor's workload in accordance with the actual construction at the site;

• Coordinate with safety supervisors/specialized personnel to supervise labor safety, environmental sanitation, and fire prevention during the contractor's construction process according to regulations;

• Participate in meetings with contractors and related units;

• Other duties as required.

• University Degree in related majors to safety management & health field

• At least 1 - 2 years of working experiences related to HSE of big (preferable) construction company’s head office or construction site in Viet Nam
