Inbound Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Consultation: Communicate with international clients and travel agents to understand their travel needs, draft sales proposals, and create customized travel packages to meet revenue targets. 
• Booking & Coordination: Make and manage reservations for all tour components, including flights, transportation, accommodation, and car rentals. 
• Operational Execution: Collaborate with post-sales teams to guarantee seamless execution of the itinerary, including managing local tour guides and providing on-tour support. 
• Administrative & Financial Tasks: Update electronic sales records in the Daily Sales Report (DSR) or CRM, and coordinate with the accounting department for supplier payments and guide fees. 

• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients and negotiate with local vendors and suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of proven experience in inbound tour management, inside sales, or the Travel Management Company (TMC)/DMC industry.
• Skills: Strong sales and client relationship skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid understanding of travel services and local tour packages. [1, 2]
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred .
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and reservation/accounting systems.
