1. Hotel Booking & Portal Management

• Execute error-free hotel reservations via internal corporate portals, third-party B2B bedbanks, and major OTAs.
• Process modifications, room upgrades, cancellations, and refund requests according to supplier policies.
• Audit booking statuses daily to ensure all confirmation vouchers match the requested room categories and meal plans

Operational Support & Quality Control

• Deliver real-time operational troubleshooting for clients encountering check-in disputes or room standard issues.
• Provide necessary local field materials, maps, and precise voucher documentation to tour guides or directly to arriving travelers

Data Upkeep & Administrative Logging

• Update all booking data, operational expenses, and supplier deposits into the company’s Daily Sales Report (DSR) and CRM software.
• Ensure a clean operational handover of files to the post-sales finance team for final invoicing

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically requires less than 1 year of experience in inbound tour operations or sales.
• Skills: Proficiency in English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a highly sales-oriented attitude.
