Tour Operator Executive

• Itinerary Design & Costing: Research destinations and create customized travel packages, including costing and suggesting suitable services to meet client specifications.
• Booking & Logistics: Organize travel from start to finish by booking flights, accommodations, and rental transportation.
• Inbound Sales: Communicate with international clients/agents to understand needs, prepare quotations, and reach revenue and profit targets.
• Relationship Management: Negotiate with local suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.) and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Operational Problem-Solving: Handle unforeseen issues, complaints, and provide real-time support during tours to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Administration: Maintain accurate electronic records in the Daily Sales Report (DSR) and keep financial documents up to date.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically requires less than 1 year of experience in inbound tour operations or sales.
• Skills: Proficiency in English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a highly sales-oriented attitude.
