Import & Export Customs Clearance Team Leader

- Lead and oversee all customs declaration, customs clearance, and trade compliance activities for all group companies, ensuring regulatory compliance, timely clearance, and cost optimization.

- Manage import and export customs operations, including customs declarations, Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications, documentation control, and resolution of customs-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export tax policies, and legal requirements while managing customs audits, post-clearance inspections, and compliance risks.

- Standardize import/export processes under the Shared Service model by developing SOPs, KPIs, and risk monitoring systems.

- Provide advisory support to internal stakeholders on Incoterms, HS Code classification, import/export models, and cost transparency.

- Lead, coach, and develop the customs team, including succession planning and professional training.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

- Strong communication, team management, and time management skills.

- Good command of spoken English.
