Tuyển dụng Legal Specialist tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Review internal and external contracts upon the request of Departments and/or the assignment of BOM, line manager

- Draft new contract templates, internal documents and/or other documents upon the Company’s acitivity, the request of other relevant Departments and/or the assignment of BOM, line manager

- Advise the legal matters arising out of or in relation to the Company’s operation

- Conduct research on legal regulations related to issues arising in the Company’s operation

- Participate in building internal processes to meet the Company’s operation needs

- Promptly update and provide guidance on new regulations directly affect the Company’s operation

- Carry out legal procedures related to the Company’s operation at State agencies upon the request of other Departments and/or the assignment of BOM and/or line manager

- Build the authorization matrix, issue and monitor the effectiveness of the authorizations at the Company

- Participate in legal proceedings on behalf of the Company in case of dispute upon the assignment of BOM and/or Line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Having a legal background in commercial or international trade laws. Holding a Lawyer Practicing Certificate is an advantage

- At least [3] years of professional experience in legal practices. Experience with law enforcement bodies is an advantage

- Excellent writing and advising skill. Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Vietnamese
