POSITION SUMMARY

We are recruiting an IE engineer who helps drive production output and continuous improvement projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Machine improvement project:

• Data-Driven Improvement: Utilize provided OEE reports to identify and fix machine performance bottlenecks.

• Hands-on Problem Solving: Lead Gemba walks and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate equipment downtime.

• Process Optimization: Implement faster changeovers and optimize fabric loading/unloading cycles.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with Technical and Production teams to execute and sustain improvement solutions

2 Continuous Improvement projects

• Drive Kaizen projects: Organizing Kaizen award events to motivate employees and meeting with stakeholders to support idea application

• Execute Lean projects to eliminate 8 wastes and streamline manufacturing processes

3 Optimizing Productivity through Incentives

• Utilize the performance bonus system as a strategic tool to enhance factory output.

4 Factory introduction:

• Factory introduction to customer, guest

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: industrial engineering, Industrial management, Textile engineering, Chemical Engineering

• Proficiency in MS. Office and analysis tools

• 2 Years of Work Experience

• Languages: Vietnamese - English

• Desirable: Innovation, Decision Making and Problem Solving, Planning and Organizing

• Other Requirements: Detail, careful and trustworthy
