POSITION SUMMARY

Under facilities management, provides support for supervising maintenance activities and facilities technicians of RTVL.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Maintenance Planning and Execution:

• Manage and implement facilities maintenance schedules and routine inspections.

• Ensure facility tasks completes on time, complying with safety regulations and company policies.

- Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: Electrical/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Facilities Engineering or its equivalent.

- Facilities Maintenance.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Facilities, and 1-2 years in Supervisor Facilities Maintenance or other relevant fields.

- Ability to use AutoCAD and proficient in MS Office.

- Experience in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
