HRM/ HR Leader

As we continue to scale our Ecommerce SaaS products globally, we are looking for an HR Manager who is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating exceptional employee experiences, and developing a scalable organization.

You will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping shape our people strategy, strengthen organizational capabilities, and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong HR expertise, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making, with a forward-thinking approach to people management and a strong interest in leveraging AI and technology to drive organizational effectiveness.

You’ll do

HR Strategy & Organization Development

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Build and improve HR policies, processes, and frameworks that support scalability and performance.
• Foster a high-performance culture built on ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.

Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead and optimize the end-to-end hiring process and candidate experience.
• Strengthen employer branding and onboarding programs.

Performance Management & Learning Development

• Design and operate KPI, OKR, and competency-based performance systems.
• Drive performance reviews, recognition programs, and employee development initiatives.
• Identify capability gaps and implement learning and leadership development programs.

Employee Experience & Culture

• Enhance employee engagement and overall employee experience.
• Manage employee relations and support a positive, inclusive workplace.
• Lead internal communication and culture-building initiatives.

HR Operations & People Analytics

• Oversee HR operations, C&B, labor compliance, employee records, and HR administration.
• Manage HR budgets and optimize people-related investments.
• Monitor and improve key HR metrics related to hiring, retention, engagement, and performance.

AI & HR Innovation

• Explore and implement AI and automation solutions to improve HR effectiveness and efficiency.
• Promote technology-enabled and data-driven HR practices.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Year of birth: 1990–1998
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, including at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Technology, SaaS, Product, Ecommerce, or Startup environments.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, C&B, L&D, and Employee Relations.
• Experience with KPI, OKR, competency frameworks, or performance management systems.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• High ownership mindset, adaptability, and execution capability.

Preferred

• Experience in Product-led or SaaS companies.
• Experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, or People Analytics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and HR automation.
• SHRM, PHR, SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent certifications.

• Salary range: Up to $2000
• Performance review and competency evaluation: 2 times per year.

• Flexible working time: 
  • Morning: 7:00 am -12:00 pm (check in from 7:00 am to 9:00 am)
  • Afternoon: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm (check out from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm)
