HRBP Specialist

• Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment for both mass (operations/blue-collar) and non-mass (corporate/specialized) roles, utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across all levels.
• HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to provide strategic HR solutions, boost employee engagement, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Performance & Development: Support performance reviews, identify upskilling opportunities, and guide career progression and succession planning.
• HR Operations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage workforce planning, and leverage HR analytics for data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or Recruitment roles (Logistics, E-commerce, or Supply Chain experience is a big plus!).
• Versatility in Hiring: Proven experience and comfort in handling both mass hiring campaigns and targeted non-mass talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and labor laws (experience with HR software/data analysis is a bonus).
