Key Responsibilities
As HR Manager, you will lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources, including:
Human Resource Strategy and Business Partnership
Organization Design and Workforce Planning
Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
Performance Management
Learning and Leadership Development
Compensation and Benefits Administration
Payroll Management
Employee Engagement and Culture Development
Employee and Labor Relations
Compliance with Vietnam Labor Laws and HR Regulations
HR Policies, Governance, and Process Improvement
Administrative and Support Services
Security and Workplace Support Functions
You will work closely with business leaders to ensure HR programs support both operational excellence and long-term business growth.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience in a managerial role.
Strong background in end-to-end Human Resources Management.
Experience supporting manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, food, or other fast-paced organizations is highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of the Vietnam Labor Code and related employment regulations.
Solid knowledge across all major HR disciplines.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
