Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the company's internal control framework.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend controls to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
• Review company policies, procedures, projects, and write-off proposals from an internal control perspective.
• Review contracts to ensure legal compliance, accuracy, and alignment with company policies before execution.
• Monitor compliance with government regulations, permits, licenses, and insurance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, track corrective action plans, and ensure timely implementation.
• Provide guidance to employees on internal control policies and best practices.
• Align business processes and systems with the company's control environment and governance standards.
• 1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2. Work Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in internal controls, finance, accounting, audit, risk management, or related fields.
• Experience in multinational companies, FMCG companies, or auditing firms is preferred.
• 3. Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), internal control principles, and business processes.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring internal control frameworks.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and corporate governance practices.
• Experience in reviewing contracts, policies, and business processes to ensure legal compliance and accuracy is an advantage.
• Good understanding of relevant laws, regulations, government permits, licenses, and insurance requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
