WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and setting up interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including welcoming newcomers, preparing and sending welcome emails, collecting new hires’ information/personnel docs.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as planning internal events, celebrations, and employee recognition programs.
- Support employee communication efforts by drafting internal communications and announcements.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases, employee files, and records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Support HR-related documentation, assist with submitting documents and getting results from labor authorities.
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures.
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Foreign Language Studies or a related field.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
