HR Generalist (Manufacturing, $1350, ID21403)

Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, C&B, employee relations, training, and performance management.
Maintain employee records and update HRIS data accurately.
Review attendance, payroll, and social insurance records.
Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount, training, and safety.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Provide HR guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks and HR projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Female, under 35 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist position within a manufacturing environment of approximately 300–500 employees.
Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in all four language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
