Job Summary

We are looking for a Vietnamese expert, experienced Technical Designer who can develop buyer-level Tech Packs based on 2D/3D design concepts, sketches, and reference samples. The ideal candidate should have strong garment construction knowledge, fit/comment capability, and the ability to support staff training and technical development within our Vietnam office.

Candidates with hands-on experience in apparel production, fitting, sewing construction, and communication with overseas buyers/factories are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional buyer-level Tech Packs based on:

o 2D / 3D design concepts

o sketches

o reference garments and samples

• Prepare and manage:

o measurement specs

o construction details

o BOM (Bill of Materials)

o sewing instructions

o fit comments

o technical comments for production

• Review garment samples and provide accurate fit & sewing technical comments to Buyers/factories

• Collaborate closely with:

o design team

o merchandising team

o Buyers/vendors

o production team

• Support sample development and problem-solving during production stages

• Train and develop local technical staff and junior team members in Vietnam

• Improve technical standards, workflows, and quality consistency

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Design / Garment Technical Development

• Strong understanding of:

o garment construction

o sewing techniques

o pattern and fit

o apparel production processes

• Ability to independently create buyer-level Tech Packs

• Experience handling fit sessions and technical comments

• Familiarity with sportswear, casualwear, or woven/knit garments preferred

• Proficiency in:

o Adobe Illustrator

o Excel

o PLM systems (preferred)

o 3D design tools such as CLO3D / Browzwear (preferred)

• Good communication skills in English

• Experience working with overseas buyers or global brands preferred

• Ability to train and mentor local employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical problem-solving ability

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Hands-on factory communication experience

• Capable of working in Vietnam-based production environments

• Korean or Vietnamese language ability is a plus
