ESG & Compliance Manager

We are looking for a person who are able to lead company-wide ESG and Compliance strategy for garment manufacturing operations, ensuring strong social compliance, environmental performance, and ethical governance aligned with international buyer requirements, local regulations, and long-term business growth.

DESCRIPTION

• Define ESG roadmap and annual targets, integrating sustainability into business and sourcing strategy.

• Lead ESG & Compliance team (environmental, social compliance, HSE).

• Oversee BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, SA8000, SLCP programs, manage complex audits, and coordinate brand visits.

• Ensure labor law compliance and worker welfare across all operations.

• Drive Higg FEM, ISO 14001, ZDHC, wastewater & chemical management, decarbonization, and resource efficiency projects.

• Develop and implement compliance framework aligned with Vietnamese regulations and international buyer codes of conduct.

• Monitor regulatory changes and update company policies accordingly.

• Conduct internal compliance audits, corrective action plans, and supplier compliance monitoring.

• Implement ethics, anti-corruption, and data integrity policies; strengthen ESG risk management & internal controls.

• Deliver ESG & Compliance reporting and customer sustainability communication.

• Provide training and awareness for employees on ESG, compliance, grievance mechanisms, and reporting channels.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Sustainability, Law, or related fields.

• 5–10 years of ESG, sustainability, or compliance experience in manufacturing (garment industry preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, environmental regulations, and international compliance standards.

• Experience in compliance audits and corrective action management.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
