Here, your responsibility is not simply "filling vacancies." Your responsibility is to hunt down and attract exceptional minds before our competitors do.

- Directly manage recruiting operations across all core divisions: Hospitality, Education, Technology, Wellness, and New Ventures.

- Position and establish a network to access elite talent, specifically targeting top-tier university graduates and a global workforce of international experts.

- Successfully hunt and recruit a highly capable executive team with practical operational experience to lead strategic business units.

- Build scalable recruiting systems, heavily utilizing data measurement tools, automated scoring rubrics, and transparent 360-degree evaluation processes.

- Create talent communities and strongly position the ecosystem's Employer Branding in the market.

- Demonstrable success in executing large-scale hiring campaigns and recruiting C-level executive roles.

- Possess an "empire-building" mentality, ready to tackle difficult challenges rather than performing traditional HR administration.

- All decisions, evaluations, and process optimizations must be based on actual data metrics.

- Possess an extensive network and outstanding headhunting capabilities.

- Direct, practical, concise, and results-oriented.
