Chief Executive Officer & Executive Dean – MHG Academy

To realize this ambitious commitment, we are seeking a Chief Executive Officer cum Executive Dean for MHG Academy. We believe this position presents a defining career opportunity for a seasoned leader who aspires to leave a lasting legacy in the global hospitality landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic & Curriculum Leadership:

- Design and execute 10 to 15 flagship executive training programs.

- Establish and lead the International Academic Council.

- Recruit and onboard a distinguished faculty of 30 to 50 international visiting professors and industry experts.

2. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

- Secure strategic alliances with globally recognized academic institutions and corporate partners.

- Build an extensive network of partner hotels to facilitate immersive training and practical internships.

3. Global Branding & Thought Leadership

- Serve as the primary global ambassador and key spokesperson for MHG Academy at prestigious international conferences and media platforms.

- Elevate and solidify MHG Academy’s reputation and authority within the global hospitality community.

4. Talent Attraction & Executive Enrollment

- Support enrollment initiatives for Executive Education programs, driving international student recruitment across target markets.

Compensation & Benefits Package

- Base Salary: $6,000 – $9,000 USD / month, plus attractive KPI-driven performance bonuses.

- Relocation & Living: Premium accommodation provided in Hanoi, along with a dedicated company car or transportation allowance.

- Administrative Support: Full support for Vietnam Work Permit and Visa sponsorship.

- Professional Development: Fully funded sponsorship for attendance and participation in key international industry conferences.

- Age: 45 – 60 years old.

- Experience: Minimum of 20 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality sector.

- Nationality: India, Philippines, Malaysia, or Singapore.

- Background & Track Record:

+ Industry Expertise: Preferred candidates have served as General Manager, Cluster GM, VP of Learning, VP of Operations, Regional President, or Chief Learning Officer at top-tier global chains such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, IHG, Radisson, Four Seasons, or Mandarin Oriental.

+ Academic Leadership: Former Deans, Presidents, or Directors of leading hospitality management schools.

+ Governance: Current or former Board Members of hospitality institutions or major industry enterprises.
