1. Website Developmen & Launch

Support the development, configuration, testing, and launch of the new e-commerce website.

Implement website features, themes, functions, modules, and third-party integrations based on business requirements.

Work with external developers/agencies to ensure technical requirements and project timelines are delivered.

Conduct functional testing, UAT, cross-browser, and cross-device testing before and after launch.

2. Website Customization & Maintenance

Customize website features, front-end elements and functionalities based on business, commercial/ marketing campaign when required.

Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, technical errors, broken functions, and display issues.

Monitor website health and proactively identify technical issues that may impact customer experience or sales.

3. UX/UI Implementation & Optimization

Translate UX/UI designs and prototypes into accurate, responsive website interfaces.

Ensure website implementation follows approved design systems, layouts, components, and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with website merchandiser to improve website usability and customer journeys.

Identify UX/UI issues that may create friction in key journeys such as homepage → product discovery → product detail → cart → checkout.

Recommend and implement improvements to navigation, search, filtering, product presentation, CTA, mobile experience, and conversion paths.

4. Website Performance & Optimization

Monitor and optimize website speed, responsiveness, stability, and overall technical performance.

Identify opportunities to improve page loading time, mobile performance, and technical SEO readiness.

Ensure the website provides a consistent experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

5. Integration & Technical Support

Support integration with relevant third-party systems such as:

Payment gateways, Zalo ZBS/ SMS/ OTP

Analytics and tracking tools

CRM/ marketing tools

Shipping and fulfillment systems

Other e-commerce applications and APIs

Ensure tracking pixels, events, tags, and other required technical implementations work correctly.

Yêu cầu công việc

3-4 years of experience in web development, e-commerce development, website implementation, or a similar technical role.

Experience working with CMS/ e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.

Understanding of UX/UI principles and familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, analytics/tracking tools, and web technologies.

Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and website performance metrics.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with E-commerce, Design, Marketing, and inhouse technical teams.
