Group Legal Director

- Develop and execute the Group's legal strategy while ensuring compliance with corporate governance and applicable laws.

- Establish and standardize legal governance frameworks, policies, and compliance programs across the Group.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the Group Legal team, including Legal Heads/Managers across subsidiaries.

- Serve as the senior legal advisor to Executive Management and the Board of Directors on strategic matters.

- Oversee legal aspects of M&A, investments, restructuring, joint ventures, IPOs, and corporate governance.

- Identify, manage, and mitigate legal risks while leading strategies for complex disputes.

- Ensure legal compliance across business operations, investment activities, and funding transactions.

- Build and manage relationships with regulators, external law firms, and legal partners.

- Drive legal digital transformation and optimize legal operations and external counsel management.

- Lead strategic legal projects and perform other ad-hoc assignments as directed by Executive Management and the Board.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Law with a specialization in Commercial Law or International Trade Law.

- Holder of a valid Lawyer Practicing Certificate.

- 10–15 years of legal experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.

- Experience working in a Group or multi-entity corporate structure.

- Strong experience in M&A, investment, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.

- Strong strategic thinking with a business-oriented mindset.

- Excellent advisory, influencing, and executive decision-making skills.

- Strong negotiation and legal risk management skills.

- Proven leadership and people development capabilities.

- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
