The Job: Manage the development of breakthrough SaaS products that help 60,000+ businesses and top brands transform their business. You are the owner of the delivery engine for the Business Unit. You hold ultimate responsibility for the end-to-end success of our projects, the team's performance, and the alignment of our operations with Haravan’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Take ultimate responsibility for the full Software Development Life Cycle (requirement analysis, planning, implementation, code review, unit testing, testing, deployment, operation, monitoring...) and project quality.
• Delivery Management: Manage one or more software projects; oversee implementation, scope, schedule, deliverables, budget, and risks with an Agile or Iterative approach.
• Stakeholder & Requirement Management: Serve as the primary point of contact. Analyze and specify project ideas for feasibility and cost-effectiveness; identify and evaluate functional/non-functional requirements.
• Team & People Management: Lead the Key Account, Business Analyst, and Software Development teams. Manage recruitment, training, performance appraisals (KPIs), and foster a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Continuous Improvement: Research good practices and processes to apply in daily work, conduct project retrospectives (lessons learned), and lead team coaching.

Your Skills and Experience

• Must have:
• 05+ years of experience in software development.
• 03+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Ownership Mindset: taking full accountability for results, anticipating risks, and proactively driving solutions.
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and capable of managing cross-functional teams (Dev, BA, KA).
• Nice to have:
• Certification of PMI (PMBOK), Agile, or Scrum.
• Strong familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software architectures.
• Experience in SaaS product development.
