EXPECTATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

Responsible for implementing and supervising business activities across supermarket systems and modern trade chains to ensure achievement of sales targets, distribution coverage, merchandising standards, inventory levels, and execution of promotional programs in line with Masan MEATLife’s strategy. Manage and develop the sales team at the point of sale, and build relationships with MT customers to drive sustainable business growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Business Performance Management

* Ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets, volume, and KPIs.

* Monitor, analyze business performance, and propose solutions to improve sales effectiveness.

* Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.

2. Customer Management

* Maintain and develop relationships with MT channel customers.

* Collaborate with customers to implement sales and promotional programs.

* Resolve arising issues to ensure effective cooperation and business growth.

3. In-store Execution Management

* Ensure products are displayed according to company standards and regulations.

* Control inventory status, out-of-stock rates, and product quality at points of sale.

* Supervise the implementation of promotional programs, display activities, and brand visibility.

4. Team Management

* Assign tasks, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.

* Train and develop team capabilities to enhance sales effectiveness.

* Build a positive, engaged, and results-oriented working environment.

5. Reporting and Continuous Improvemen

* Prepare periodic reports on business performance and market conditions.

* Gather market and competitor insights, and propose business development opportunities.

* Education: Bachelor degree or higher

* Major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields

* Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in FMCG, preferably in fresh food or frozen food categories
