Giám Sát Hướng Dẫn Quy Trình (Chuẩn Bị) / Process Control And Instructor (Preparation - Warping & Sizing)

Build, lead, and develop the Preparation operation team for commissioning, start-up, and daily production.
Manage preparation processes (ball warping, re-beaming, sizing), ensuring production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Operate and optimize warping and sizing machines, ensuring proper machine settings for different yarn types and sizing requirements.
Develop SOPs, train and coach operators on machine operation, troubleshooting, quality control, and safety procedures.
Maintain production records, sizing recipes, machine parameters, and support preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with Weaving, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Project teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Manage production performance, inventory, budgets, analyze KPIs, and drive process improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Below 45 years old.
Bachelor of degree (Engineer) or College graduate (Technician) in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Candidates with equivalent practical experience in textile preparation will also be considered.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Warp Preparation (Warping and Sizing) in a woven fabric mill.
Strong training and coaching skills for operator, fixer, and quality team development.
Having a good command of English or Chinese. Priority is given to candidates who know Chinese.
