Giám Sát Hướng Dẫn Quy Trình (Dệt)/Process Control And Instructor (Weaving)

- Team Building & Management
- Build and lead the Weaving operation team for commissioning and start-up.
- Supervise operators and fixers; assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Train operators, fixers, and QA/QC teams to improve technical skills, productivity, and discipline.
- Process Control & Technical Management
- Optimize weaving parameters based on production data.
- Monitor weaving operations to ensure productivity and product quality.
- Set up and adjust Air Jet loom parameters for lightweight cotton fabrics.
- Support production planning and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Equipment & Machine Management
- Operate and optimize Air Jet looms (RedFlag, Tsudakoma, Toyota, Picanol, Itema).
- Understand drawing-in and knotting machines, fabric construction, yarn counts, PPI/EPI, and weave patterns.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to maximize equipment performance.
- Training & Development
- Develop SOPs and training materials.
- Train operators, fixers, and QA/QC inspectors on machine operation, troubleshooting, style changes, and fabric quality.
- Assess team competency and provide hands-on coaching.
- Quality Control
- Monitor fabric quality, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality audits and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
- Style Change & Production Support
- Plan and execute warp beam changes, drawing-in, knotting, and style changes.
- Coordinate with the preparation department to minimize downtime.
- Train teams on efficient style change procedures.
- Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze production KPIs (efficiency, quality, downtime, waste).
- Lead process improvement and 6S initiatives.
- Promote safety, LOTO, and environmental compliance.
- Monitor energy consumption and support cost optimization.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Below 45 years old.
- Open to expat candidate.
- University graduate (Engineer) or College graduate (Technician) in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Weaving in a woven fabric mill.
- Strong training and coaching skills for operator, fixer, and quality team development.
- Having a good command of English or Chinese. Priority is given to candidates who know Chinese.
