Giám Sát Hướng Dẫn Quy Trình (Bảo Trì)/Process Control And Instructor (Maintenance)

- Lead and manage all maintenance activities across the factory, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Oversee maintenance of production equipment, utility systems (electrical, air compressors, boilers, HVAC, water supply, wastewater treatment), and automation systems to ensure maximum reliability and efficiency.
- Plan and supervise equipment installation, repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and spare parts management to minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement TPM, preventive maintenance programs, OEE improvement initiatives, and equipment performance optimization.
- Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, and technical standards.
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventories, documentation, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with Production and other departments to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, analyze equipment performance, and implement improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce maintenance costs.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Below 45 years old.
- Bachelor of degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with mechanical, electrical, electronic, automation systems, and equivalent utility systems.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working in a woven fabric factory.
- Practical experience implementing TPM, 6S, Kaizen, and Lean programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and modifying mechanical/electrical drawings.
- Chinese: Fluent in Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory for effective communication with Chinese management, headquarters, and suppliers.
