General Procurement Specialist

Keep tracking and determine internal demand for goods and service
Implement purchasing procurement plan: Sourcing, vendor evaluation, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting
Evaluate vendors & do market survey to archive the best efficient purchases and minimize the risks for Company
Take part in in projects, processes creation and other change initiatives
Prepare weekly and monthly report to General Procurement Team Leader
Undertake other tasks assigned by General Procurement Team Leader
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance
At least 02 years’ experience working in similar position, preferably in banking, financial institution or insurance
Bidding/Project experiences is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Customer oriented.
English in Intermediate level
Good at time management
Ability to work under high pressure
