OBJECTIVES

Assist POS Sales Division Director in terms of POS Sales division management, prepare reports & presentations, follow up and track tasks/ initiatives in Division to help Division’s activities operate sufficiently

COMMUNICATION

Internal (within VPB SMBC FC) - Purpose

• The related departments in VPB SMBC FC
• Communicate POS Sales Division Director’s directives to relevant departments
• Collect and update task/initiatives of all departments and report to Division Director.

External (outside VPB SMBC FC)- Purpose

• Customers or Partners as requirement
• Arrange schedule and book meetings
• Coordinating with partners to collect and synthesize information for Division Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist POS Sales Division Director to implement sales strategies & plans for Division
• Prepare reports, presentations or materials for Sales Division Director to join meeting with BOD, Chairman, CEO, and other Departments
• Prepare meeting minutes, follow up & track all tasks/ initiatives of all Sales channels to keep Division Director updated
• Work with all departments to consolidate employee’s evaluation of POS Sales Division
• Follow up general situation of POS Sales Division & report to Division Director when serious issues happen
• Work as liaison between Division Director and Center Director/Head/Unit Head in POS Division as well as other Departments when required.
• Inform to all departments in Sales Division about new policies, new regulations, and new announcement (if any).
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Division Director
• REQUIREMENTS
• Education: University Graduate, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant
• Experience: 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the business and finance industry
• Skills
• Strong communication skill (both verbal & written)
• Time management skill
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Fluent in both Vietnamese & English
• Sharp and proactive in work, with a business mindset
• Bright, intelligent, and quick-witted appearance
• Good spoken English
• Proactive in work
• Strong logical thinking and flexibility
• Skills in planning, organizing, and scheduling meetings for the business unit
