Finance Planning Analysis Staff

• Coordinate annual budget and rolling forecast for overseas entities.
• Track and analyze Budget / Forecast / Actual performance by country/entity.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly overseas management reports.
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, EBITDA, cash flow and working capital.
• Monitor operating costs and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Support monthly business reviews with overseas teams and Country Managers.
• Implement and monitor financial control framework for overseas entities.
• Review compliance with Group Accounting Manual, Finance policies, VAS/IFRS and local reporting requirements.
• Support policy and procedure revision relating to Accounting and Finance.
• Conduct financial control testing and follow up on improvement actions.
• Track overseas investment, capital injection and intercompany balances.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for Finance HQ, Head of Finance and Management Board.
• Participate in finance transformation, reporting automation and consolidation.

• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in finance/accounting area within big/complex organizations and/or audit services in reputable finance consulting firms.
• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, similar and above.
• Holding Professional Qualifications like ACCA, CPA, ICAEW... is an advantage.
• Experience with overseas entities, logistics or multinational environment is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets/Google Slides skills with a deep understanding of model architecture and formula efficiencies
• Good knowledge of Logistics field
• Good English communication skills.
• Interpretation and analysis skill, diligence and honest in communication.
• Ability to manage stress and work in professional environment, including resilience,
• accountability and commitment with deadlines.
