Air Freight Customer Service Staff - American Line (Working Night Shift)

Handle quotations for Domestic, Air Import, and Air Export shipments.
- Verify cargo dimensions and weight upon warehouse receipt; arrange airline bookings; prepare operational documentation; process customs declarations; coordinate trucking arrangements for airport delivery; and proactively track shipments through to final destination.
- Conduct full cost verification and reconciliation for each shipment; consolidate vendor invoices; provide final cost statements to customers; issue Debit Notes (DNs); and upload invoices and related documents into the internal system.

College graduate or higher.
- No need experience in logistics, but have experience in taking care of export/import goods by air is an advantage.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to work independently.
- Hard-working, careful.
