Finance Manager

WeCare Group is a B2B industrial MRO distributor that leverages data and technology to optimize supply chain operations across Vietnam, serving customers in construction hardware, industrial chemicals, electrical materials, and water industry equipment.

We are seeking a (Senior) Finance Manager to own the financial operations of our distribution business. You will report directly to senior leadership and have real ownership over the numbers that drive the business.

- Coordinate the preparation and review of monthly financial reports, daily holding company transactions, cash flow forecasts, and budget variance analyses

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on trade finance facilities, credit lines, and loan drawdowns

- Monitor and optimize working capital across the distribution cycle

- Drive process improvements in financial controls and reporting systems

- Support the optimization of the company's capital structure by driving fundraising and debt financing initiatives

- Execute tasks and projects as directed by senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
