Our client is a joint venture company currently looking for a Farm Manager (Flower, $1400, ID19618):
- Manage and oversee all chrysanthemum production activities for export to Japan.
- Coordinate with Japanese experts and managers in production and packaging processes.
- Manage a workforce of approximately 60 employees (with deputy managers and team leaders).
- Improve product quality and production efficiency.

- Age 28–45, male or female.
- University degree (preferably in Agriculture); strong practical experience may substitute formal education.
- Ability to communicate in English at work.
- At least 2 years of experience as a flower farm manager, only chrysanthemum.
- No overtime pay; the manager is responsible for organizing their own work schedule.
