[Factory 2 Bến Cát] Junior Production Supervisor (Fresh Graduate)

Assign work to workers and employees in production according to the department head's authorization.
Follow the production plan to meet the export schedule.
Control and ensure the receipt and delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in coordination with the Warehouse.
Control and ensure accurate stocktaking and inventory quantities by reconciling physical stock, inventory cards, and inventory management software.
Control and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for production.
Perform all activities related to CGMP documentation inspection and control.
Store and maintain production documents properly.
Supervise in-process production activities to ensure product quality.
Implement new products into the production process.
Improve production processes to increase productivity and reduce the loss rate.
Support the operation and maintenance of production machinery.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in a production environment are welcome.
Knowledge of production operations, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and production documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Careful, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting preferred.
Good command of English (reading, writing, and basic communication); a TOEIC certificate or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
