[Factory 1] R&D Senior Scientist

Discuss product concept and formula direction deeply and fix with MKT.
Get trendy and unique information of competitor products and analyze them for product development.
Research literature, patent and regulation to support creative ideas with RA.
Collect new raw materials and technology info to make samples.
Conduct using test with MKT to check efficacy and quality.
Make formulation schedule and control it.
Support documentation for MKT, RA and QA on PKG claim, notification and registration.
Share new raw material info (cost, LT, source) for PPL before fix temp formula.
Support upper grade Scientist in developing new products.
Conduct necessary stability, compatibility, preservative and safety test.
Take evidence data to assure requested efficacy.
Conduct scale-up test to transfer formula technology to QA and Pro.
Fix product spec with QA and QC.
Hold Validation meeting to share product info for all dept. in factory.
Compile PIF (product information file) and storage as electronics file.
Analyze and solve problems in production with other dept.
Collect technical information of raw materials and formula, and share for other members.
Share progress of new projects for other dept.
Bachelor/Master degree – Science & Technology Major (
Pharmacy - 1st priority, Biotechnology, Chemistry)
At least 2-3 years experienced in formulation development for Cosmetic, Medicine, Eye drops
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
