Responsibility:

Responsible for leading facility projects, overseeing daily operation of facility systems, and providing technical support to production to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Job Description:

Project Planning & Initiation:

Lead inventorying and preparatory activities in alignment with the overall project plan, budget, and manpower requirements.

Collaborate with functional and hierarchical managers to establish project organization, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Engineering & Design Coordination

Oversee engineering activities based on equipment layout and production plans, ensuring smooth transition to the design and execution phases.

Manage and verify procurement and execution phases to maintain quality and scope as defined in project documentation.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Initiate, monitor, and enforce quality procedures in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and project requirements.

Ensure that all design and execution activities meet established quality standards and production expectations.

Safety & EHS Management

Conduct safety checks and supervise adherence to safety standards, legal regulations, and EHS policies.

Develop and implement safety guidelines to ensure all execution and operational activities meet required safety specifications.

Communication & Coordination

Prepare progress reports and lead coordination meetings with internal disciplines, vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

Facilitate effective communication to align project progress with stakeholder expectations and resolve any planning or manpower issues.

Facilities Equipment, Cleanroom, Physical buiding:

Perform all aspects of preventive maintenance activities/task so as to minimize downtime.

Manage and supervise the Contractor to ensure the maintenance activities are meet SOW and Safety requirements.

Establish the documentation such as WI (SOP), daily tracking, forms …to manage and improves the facilities system.

EHS:

Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols during facility operations, renovations, and project execution to maintain a safe working environment.

Safety and PPE follow up and compliance.

Improvement:

Continuously improve the facilities system & project better for quality, cost, delivery time and safety.

5S

General safety procedures are observed.

General work areas are kept clean at all times.

A clean work environment is maintained in the total facility.

A minimum 9 years’ of relevant working experience project management and in facility engineering , including system such as Building, HVAC, Cleanroom, Physical Building, Low Voltage electric, Exhaust, Ventilation systems, Air compressor, Vacuum systems, BMS, DI water, and wastewater treatment system. Experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects for both greenfield and brownfield developments.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science is required. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Heat-Refrigeration or related field is preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide project team members toward successful project delivery and contribute to overall company objectives

Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate team schedules and improve process efficiency.

Execution in multidisciplinary project teams, with responsibility for planning, budgeting, bidding, procurement and technical execution.

Hands-on expertise in site management for building and facility systems, covering both greenfield and brownfield projects.

Work with Supplier, Contractor and Supplier, Authority for driven the project meeting Schedule, Quality and ensure EHS

Jointly responsible, with the Production, QA
