Job Summary

We expect the candidate to bring strong background in 5S Discipline and ESD Audit management, and we are looking for highly motivated individual who is a self-starter with dedication to teamwork.

• Responsible for CS department rules and regulations establishment and implementation.

• Responsible for CS department document setup and control with continuous improvement.

• Setup CS department KPI and leader team to achieve the target.

• Responsible for CS staff performance appraisal, rewards and punishments guidance.

• Prepare CS department budget about manpower, Capex and expense.

• Continually optimize ESD indirect material consumption and other cost control activities to achieve reasonable cost reduction plan.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1) CS KPI control and management-50%

• Work with production line to ensure 5S&ESD audit nonconformance finding under KPI target.

• Ensure zero complaint for 5S in customer visit.

• Ensure external and internal audit findings less than committed target.

• Ensure effective 5S training for new employees.

• Ensure zero safety accident.

2) Continuously improve-30%

• Continuous improvement of management system weakness and working with IT to provide activities to reduce the risk.

• To reduce cost and improve efficiency.

3) Management and Leadership-20%

• Ensure your team is motivated, inspired, engaged and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable performance under tough environment reflects market realities.

• Ensure you have the right people in the right position, by consistently using proper interview, selection techniques and methodologies throughout your organization.

• Ensure a learning environment for the training and development to your team who need consistently achieve your organization’s expectations in both the short and long terms.

• Cooperate well working with relevant department.

Education & ExperienceYêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years experiences in 5S/ ESD side and production management.

• At least 5+ years management experience and over 8+ years relevant working experience in a multinational company.

• Be familiar with lean manufacturing in factory management.

• Strong ability to lead team to achieve KPI target.

• Experience with problem analysis and settlement.

• Continuous improvement for weakness points in management.

• Able to develop long-term plans, programs and goals, to evaluate work accomplishments and provide effective improvement action.

• Experienced with 5S audit and ESD process control management.

Skills & Other Requirements

• Rich experience in oracle system and WMS system.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication skills and leadership.

• Positive attitude, high flexibility and ability to work under pressure.

• With strong quality consciousness and innovation ability, willing to lead team to achieve the department targets.

• Ability to work with employees and customers in a multi-cultural, global team environment.
