BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

Responsibility includes budgeting, contract administration, organising and supervising on-going maintenance and improvement works for all equipment facilities, waste management, Purified water system. The facility engineer will also be responsible as a supervisor of PM technician facility team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. REPAIR AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE – 60%

• Day to day perform all aspects of Equipment facilities maintenance set up activities/task so as to minimize downtime.

• Familiar with equipment’s operating system and do troubleshoot the equipment facilities.

• Manage preventive maintenance are properly carried out and recorded on Software.

• Equipment breakdown is properly repair and at the best available time.

• Make work improvement to reduce the downtime of critical equipment facilities.

• Summarizing and analysing results repair machine to reduce the downtime of critical equipment

• All tools are properly maintained and accounted.

• Manage spare parts are properly stored and recorded.

• Working with admin coordinator PPM to check and request to order spare parts facilities

• Design basic fabrication tools jigs for facilities.

• Supervise all jobs relevant facilities and assignment to technician

• Defined goals and setting smart goals for Team technicians

• Lead some small projects for saving cost as member or project leader

2. Supervision, Management & Leadership – 15%

• Ensure the spirit and intent of all employment laws and regulations and Coherent and local HR policies and procedures are understood and complied with in your area.

3. RECORD AND DOCUMENT – 10%

• Manage preventive maintenance document recorded.

• Manage equipment troubleshooting history is properly record

• Review check list document to make sure it compliance with ISO requirement

• Daily report to Senior Manager for major issue

4. MACHINE SUPPORT – 5%

• Support maintenance machine team when required.

5. SAFETY ,5S, OTHERS – 10%

• General work areas are always kept clean.

• A clean work environment is maintained in working area PPM

• Conforming to policies of health and safety procedures.

• Carried out Log in/ Tag out when troubleshooting and PM facilities

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or mechanic Electrical Engineering (Refrigeration) or related engineering discipline.

Experience

• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience

• Having managerial/leadership experience in the field is an advantage.

• Understand ISO 9001 or 14001 or 45000

Abilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Communicate and exchange with foreigner expert in English

• Read drawing and technical manual in English.

• Self-motivated, mature, as well as leadership and people management skills.

• Executing construction activities as well as co-ordinating M & E works

• A good understanding of ISO 9001or 14001or 45000
