Facilities Project Manager

Overview:

The Project Manager will support Projects for Transition, Migration, Expansion, Fit Out and Maintenance for SEA's sites. The Project Manager will report directly to the Facilities Director or Sr Manager. Will act as an Individual Contributor In House but will handle Project Based Employees under a Vendor. Acts as a First Point of Contact for BPO Operations concern in Facilities pertaining to Work spaces, additional seats, site expansion, additional equipment’s etc and will provide SMART timelines on the project presented to the Business Leaders. Will also source for Vendors and act as the POC for Gear Inc VN - A TELUS Digital Company.

• Project Management (Planning to Implementation, Reporting, Documentation and Close out).
• Technical (Layout, equipment, mechanical, electrical, Fire and Safety recommendations, perspective, punch listing works and other technical support).
• Financials (OPEX/CAPEX, Costing and forecast).
• Administrative (Project and Risk assessment, Vendor Management, Documentation and contracts management, Standardization, Costing and Materials Management, Reports and updates).

Required skills + qualities (technical):

• Bachelor's degree, preferably major in a technical course (Engineering, Architectural, Interior Design, Industrial Design, etc.)
• Preferably with certification in Safety and Occupational Health, Project Management and LEAN Six Sigma.
• 3-4 years Facilities, property or administrative function with exposure to a call center or BPO environment.
• Preferably with advanced knowledge on building and facilities administration.
• General / basic knowledge from Information Technology/ Call Center Operations and Organization.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel)
• Six Sigma.
• Knowledge on building codes and safety standards.
• Project management.
• Vendor and materials management.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Should be strategic, analytical with a critical eye for details and systematic.
• Highly organized.
• Time management skills.
