Job Overview

As an International Sales Executive at Soji Electronics, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new international markets, expanding the company’s global customer base, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will work closely with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and build long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for ambitious, proactive professionals looking to grow in a dynamic, tech-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international markets for the company’s products and services.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and detect sales opportunities.

• Develop detailed sales plans aligned with assigned targets.

• Actively search for, approach, and negotiate with international customers to close deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers.

• Create customized sales proposals to meet client-specific needs.

• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with global clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

• Manage the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.

• Provide timely reports on sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.

Work Location:

C50-LK13, Lot 09, Geleximco Urban Area – Zone C, Le Trong Tan Street, Duong Noi Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi

Working Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and 2 Saturdays per month

Candidate Requirements

• From 1 years of experience in international sales with a proven track of records.

• Strong English communication and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge with office skills.

• Knowledge of export, logistics, and customs procedures is a plus

• Proven engagement skills, including relationship-building, negotiation and closing.
