Export Sales Executive

Export Sales Executive is primarily responsible for building and developing relationships with international customers while managing the entire export sales process—from contract negotiation through shipment completion and payment collection. This role requires a strong understanding of global markets, the ability to analyze market data, and the capability to develop business growth strategies. In addition, excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to drive sales performance and expand international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with international customers in the rice industry.

- Manage the end-to-end export sales process, including customer inquiries, quotations, contract negotiation, order processing, shipment coordination, and payment follow-up.

- Monitor international market trends and analyze pricing, demand, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

- Ensure customers make payments in accordance with contractual terms and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any outstanding receivables or payment issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in international business, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.

- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience are encouraged to apply.

- Knowledge of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade agreements.

- Solid understanding of export-import procedures, Incoterms, Letters of Credit (L/C), Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), and export documentation.
